Pagemaker saving fault?

I have a user who is using pagemaker, and lately they are complaining that the software is locking up whenever they try to save or save as. The files are not that big and it takes the three finger salute to bring the PC back to life. Any ideas?

Baetz: de-install PM by Windows. Existing documents are not affected.
Install new.
For safety, important files can be saved additionally by Win, but corrupted
files may cause trouble later.
