Pagemaker page to jpeg

What is the best way to capture a page from a pagemaker file and convert it to a jpeg for use on the Web.

I currently open it in Illustrator and resize it and export it as jpeg - is this the best way?

Convert the PM page to PDF format, open that file in Photoshop and then save as a JPG.... although JPG is not the best way to present a PM page for the web. The best presentation would be to convert to PDF and upload that page to the web. It will load faster and any text will be more legible. When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
