Pagemaker 7.0 will not open after OS upgrade

A while back I wrote in questioning why my Pagemaker 6.5 or 7.0 won't open after my upgrade to OS 9.1 even after removing and reinstalling them. It was suggested that I reinstall OS 9.1 again and then reinstall pagemaker. I have since done so, even upgrading to OS 9.2 before reinstalling pagemaker 7.0. The program still won't open and the same error message occurs when I try and launch the program. "The application Pagemaker 7.0 could not be opened because an unexpected error occured (-2,817)" I am stumped. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx.

Could be a number of things.
Do you have Photoshop 6 installed? If so could be the Cmap fonts...look at this adobe doc to correct this problem

What version of Colorsync do you have?

If neither of these fit the issue then you need to look at this

Also make sure you do a complete uninstall of Pagemaker look at this doc. Remove all the components that are installed with Pagemaker. Then do a complete install.
