Thanks for the input. As a non-trained amateur it was an unknown procedure. The edit story mode was my missing link. Appreciate your response. By the way, how do I reduce a constructed design - i.e. logo complete with type, a ruled box and placed image - to a smaller size in order that I may place it with other logo designs on a separate collective page of logos? Since the document is saved as a Pagemaker document I cannot control it's size or placement as I could a tiff image for instance. Thanks again 938EPS

You can 'print to file' and choose Distiller as your printer (and its PPD), then create either a postscript file which you distill to PDF OR create an EPS file of the whole page (probably the faster method). Then fire up Photoshop and open either the PDF or the EPS and crop it and save in whatever file format you wish (TIF being the best).
In response to freakyjas - when you're in spellcheck in pagemaker you can select the radio button that reads "all stories" and it will search the entire document.
