pagemaker 6.5 page fault in module pm65.exe

I had already try to solve this problem detaching image frames and changing postscript printer.
Exporting in pdf a pm65 file of 267 pages I have this error:
fault page error in module pm65.exe at 0177:0054d104

I need to maintain Hyperlinks.
I have tried saving postscript file before end distill after, and works ...but I lost Hyperlinks!

maybe you should have a look at the Adobe knowledge base documents: 321116 & 321136.

They would be my first port of call
