I have column fields in page header b section
and subreports in report footer. When I print the record I have subreport on the last page but it shows the column fields.How can I suppress the column fields not showing up.

You can either use:

onlastrecord

...in the conditional suppression area for the page header in the section expert. This will work appropriately unless your last record is orphaned on the last detail page.

If your subreport is only one page, you could use:

pagenumber = totalpagecount

There is a more elaborate way to do suppress using flags, but one of the above might meet your needs.

Go into the section expert->highlight page header->suppress->x+2 and enter it there.
