Hi

I am getting stop errors and it seems to be related to my pagefile, I have run a drive check and I have bad clusters in pagefile.sys.

Is ther some way I can create a new pagefile or is this not possible.

Thanks
JP

If the page file has become corruptedgo into your Virtual Memory settings (right click My Computer select properties, click the Advanced tab, the select the button that says settings under Performance. Once performance Options appear the Virtual Memory setting will be at the bottom. Select Change, set to “No paging file,” then exit System Properties, shut down the machine, and reboot. Delete PAGEFILE.SYS (on each drive, if more than just C:), set the page file up again and reboot to bring it into use.
