PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED AREA

I have a problem which has been baffling me for some time. Whenever I go to select a printer from Word or Excel, I get a BSOD stating PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED AREA. I have found out that this only happens if I have Adobe Type Manager installed and have a postscript printer set to default. If I remove ATM I do not get the problem or if ATM is installed, the PC only BS when I selct a postscript printer. I can quite happily print to a PCL printer.

Any ideas greatly appreciated.

What operating system? Have you checked for an updated version of ATM?

The current platform is NT4 sp6. ATM version 4.1 deluxe. There are no new patches for ATM that I am aware of.

HI.

Check the support pages of your printer website, and/or the help provided from the print driver localy.

There are some known issues with specific models and drivers.
