Page Zone Issues

Aloha,

We have a customer with a Norstar ICS v5.1. Has anyone figured out how to get one phone in two page groups? There are qty 2 - 30 phone page groups. Three of the phones need to be in both groups.

I thought an angle might be to take phones out of the all page but I can't figure out how to do this.

Any help would be appriciated.

in 5.1 it looks like a phone can only be in one page group at a time.

Matt,
Each phone may only be in one paging group in 6,x too. If the effected phones are in the same area you could put one phone in Pg Zone 1 and another in Pg Zone 2 etc.
Put a small external paging speaker such as a Duet in the area.
