page won't load when I click on a link in IE Version 6.0

Hey everyone,

When I click on a link in Internet Explorer a new window opens up but the pages won't load. What kind of error is this or what setting is off? I do not think it is an issue with pop ups.
The same pages load fine when I use Mozilla Firefox. Any suggestions?
