Page Width Issue with Crystal reports x1

Hi i have a report which has around 80 columns to display, I am using a size D Sheet as a page layout to adjust the columns.

I have selected the No Printer option to get the complete display of the report in the crystal viewer.If i dont select this option ,3/4 th of my report gets cuts off while displaying.

Now the problem I am facing is , if I have the No Printer option selected,the report takes 2-3 mins to load, if i donnot select the No Printer option then it takes 7-8 seconds to load but 3/4th report is cutoff.

Could anyone please help me out figure out this and find a solution.
