Page Viewer web part issue

Hello,
I am using a page viewer web part to display a file on my portal site. I use MS Publisher to create an html file which I publish to my portal. Everything is working fine.
When I log in as different user and choose a user in the viewers group, the publisher file is not showing up (it is saying that the web page cannot be found). When I go into my Document center under the viewer profile, I cannot see the published document.
I checked the permissions and that group has view only permissions to the file so I don't understand why they can't see it. Are more permissions needed to view that through a web part?

Any thoughts would be great.

Hello,
I found out what the issue was. I had to check in the document after it was published. Once I checked it in, it was visible by all users.
