Hi guys,

I have MOSS 2007 installed. In a Web Part Blank Page I added a Page Viewer Web Part with a link to one of my enterprise webpage. The first page of this webpage has an authentication form. When I enter my credetials, the webpart is beeing reloaded and the same first page is being rendered.

I've discovered that there is an issue with the privacy policy in my Internet Explorer 7 browser. If I downgrade my privacy level from Medium to Low, the authentication form works correctly.

With the same browser, with Medium privacy policy, if I browse directly the enterprise webpage it works as it supposed to: enter credentials then access the restricted access pages.

So I think that it's not the IE7's fault for the problem I have.

My questions are:

- Is there anything I can do in Sharepoint configuration so that the authentication cookies to be accepted and not blocked?

- Does the IFRAME from Page Viewer Web Part have something to do with this cookie-blocked problem?

- Do I have other alternatives for publishing my enterprise webpage?

Thank you for your time.

Have you tried to add the page to your trusted sites?
Sharepoint creates cookies of itself when session is authenticated, and as so, the browser may be thinking that the cookie created by your company's webpage is a 3rd party cookie.

Try to access the webpart page in firefox. Firefox is more handy to monitor cookies.
