page total for data report


i want page total in a data report i am using
access 97 and visual basic 6.
i also request you to suggest way to print out
month and year at the top of the report.
the month and year cannot be current date

Is most unclear. Please elaborate. Month and Year header can be calculated label using calculation:

=Format([DateField],"mmmm YYYY")

it runs to six pages.
i would like to have a page total for each page
i also need another help
i am unable to get the date and month of report
printed on report header of the report.
i do not want to print the current date on the
report.
i hope now i am clear
