You may need to manually adjust the HTML code in a text editor. Look for the <BODY... > tag, and enter the following:
<BODY marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" leftmargin="0" topmargin="0">
There may be a few attributes already there, so to be safe, add a space before the closing > and then start typing from marginwidth=...
