Page shows about blank

Hi,
I was handed over a appointment of webmaster but there's a problem that some of my user when they click on a button, the exact page would not show but will display about.blank or the document is done. Is there advice that i can give to my user. I am not sure what language was used for this webpage. Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,
I think i should be the settings of the browser that is the problem since most of the users had no problem but only a handful encountered this problem.
