Page Setups for IE printing

What settings do I need to enter under file...page setup so that the bottom part of my printed page just prints out the address of the web page?
 
Open Page Setup, click on the question mark (?), then click on either the header or footer box and you'll get a list of settings to do what you want. <p> <br><a href=mailto: > </a><br><a href= > </a><br>I am not here.
