I am creating a webpage, when I view it on my computer, it looks good, the top frame and bottom frame looked good. But when I go on another computer, and open that page again, some portion of the top frame is missing, and I have to adjust the page so that both frame shows everything.

Is there a way to adjust my page so that if anyone view my page, it will automatically show the top and bottom frame perfectly? I'm using microsoft front page now.

Please help, any answer will be greatly appreciated.
