Working with MS Access XP, while designing a form that is intended to have a "legal" dimension (8.5" x 14"), taking care that all the margins are within the allowable ranges, I find that although I do specify "legal size", the system reverts to "letter" and "clips" the report by the difference in length 14" - 8" = 3").

Any clues ?

Are you designing a FORM or a printed REPORT? It sounds almost like you are printing a FORM, which is considered "not good".

If you have a REPORT designed with the appropriate page setup values, and make sure your printer is not reverting back to standard portait size, it should work - I have several of these "legal" size reports in various applications.
