Page Setup problems: Possibly caused by Version conflict.

Hi,

I have a report, which prints a customer's address details on an envelope, and the page size in page setup is Envelope DL.

I did this in 2000 version.

When I presented it to my client, who has XP, the page size had changed to Letter, and wouldn't let me put it back to DL.

Any ideas?

I tried using it on another XP computer and got the same problem.

Hi

Suspect this is not an Access problem, but rather a windows and/or printer driver problem. Which version of Windows is involved?, if 2000, NT, or XP, are you logged on as a user with sifficient rights to change paper size settings?

The computer I put the database onto is set up to print DL envelopes in other programs and it works fine. So that's not the problem.

Any more thoughts?
