Page setup not the same for all users :(

hi,

I have some reports that I have set the page setup properties to be 11x17 landscaped.
Whenever I print the reports, they print fine.
However, when one of my coworkers prints it, she has to set it up every single time she prints the report.
I've tested it on other people's computers too - on some of them it doesn't need to be setup (it defaults to what I originally setup), but on some of them it shows as Letter size.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can solve this problem?
I've been googling and searching forums but I can't really find a definite answer.

Is the problem printer a HP? I seem to recall that there was a problem with some HP printers.

Yes, both our printers (Color & B&W) are HP printers.

Do you know a way around this? (aside from buying a non-hp printer

This is all 'I think' and hearsay. Apparently there are new drivers on the HP site that may help. You may need to look at fixes for your version of Access. I saw a KB before, but cannot find it again
