When I generate a report in access, is there some way that I can get it to always com up in 'landscape' using VBA? How about controlling the default zoom level that is comes up in?

Not sure if this will do it or not, but lookup PrtDevMode in the Access help. There is an Orientation value that can be set. Terry M. Hoey

Thank you for the input. I have actually tried that one (PrtDevMode) but it does not seem to work for the print preview display. I think it only affects the actual printed document.
