My Pagemaker document is to be 8.5 x 11 landscaped do that each page is in fact 5.5 x 8.5

I have gone thru document setup declaring both letterhalf and custom
with sizes 5.5 8.5 and margin set at .5 all around.

I place about 4 pages into the document and visually it
looks okay.
When I print the document I get Only 1 page per sheet
in portrait . I expected it to be Landscape with the two pages split evenly across the page.

Can someone please give me a wee hand and explain what I have done wrong

Thanks
gordon

Pack: you want to make a document, which is folded
once in the middle, pages 1,2,3,4 ?
Then you can edit on the first landscape sheet p.4+p.1 (!)
and on the second landscape sheet p.2+p.4. This is the
preparation for offset printing and desktop printing as well.
At present you have 4 single pages.
Define a new document landscape. Mark All on the respective
single page, copy and paste into new document (half page portrait).
Align by numbers. Then save. And so on.
Hope this helps ---Gernot
