Page Settings Wiped Out??

Have seen various posts on this, Specifically 703-82125. It doesn't help my reports. Does anyone know if SR-2 really does fix this or is there another fix out there. I've been fooloing with this for a month off and on. Just found tek-tips.

Same problem as OneGuru (5/14), JimmyN (7/17) and KevinNewToAccess (5/25)

Downloaded sr-1 and sr-2 today after finding references to "a quick fix". If that is the case, fine thanks for the site. Problem hasn't reoccured yet but I'm still gun shy.

Thanks to people who answered earlier posts on subject for other users.
