Page Settings Problem From Office 97 and Office XP

I have an excel file made from Office 97 and we have this company format to be used(Spacing,boarders..etc...)
We have this newly purchased PC with windows 2000 OS and Office XP oem installed in this new PC. When i opened this file that i have made from ofc97 to ofcXP, the print output dont have a similar line spacing (Same with my MS word Document made from Ofc97 and opened in OfcXP).Actually they are they same with i opened it in the print preview but when i print it, it is not similar to the printed output using ofc97.
Hope you all can provide me a solution on this matter.

Hi,
Is your print driver for Windows 2K? You may need to load a new one.
