In Word or Excel, I set-up a new document with letter size (or any size) and save it, when i open these documents from another computer, the paper size is different for some of them. Sometimes it is executive and even sometimes it is blank. Same OS (win 2k or XP), same version of Office (2k) and same printer driver.
