Page set problem in Group subtotals

I am working on crystal 11, I have a problem in putting group total under group values.
My report contains three groups Job and Material. In one job we may have more than one Material code, and each material code may have more than operation codeI need me report like this format
GroupHd1 - Job #1
GroupHd2 Material#1
Detail Lines
GroupFooter2 Material#1 Total
GroupHd2 Material#2
Detail Lines
GroupFooter2 Material#2 Total
GroupHd2 Material#3
Detail Lines
GroupFooter2 Material#3 Total
*Grand total for All material Group1,2,3

Group1Footer - Total

In order to get the total under all three section of Material I created an extra group Footer1 section and placed my group2 grand totals there, I need that section (Group Footer1) under my Group2 last footer, but it always goes to the next page, I tried different option in group expert but no luck, currently I have enabled ‘Keep Together’ and ‘Suppress Blank section in All footers.
Any help from experts will be appreciated.

Go to report->group expert->group #1->options and check "Keep group together". If there is enough space on the page, this should work. Otherwise you might try going into design mode and suppressing any unused sections and resizing sections to minimize vertical space.
