page server error

I read this site religiously and have found it very helpful. My problem now is this: Recently designed report using stored procedure was placed on our web site for distribution. When the report is ran after the parameters are entered the report displays properly. When trying to print or going to the next page the page frame flucuates between 1 of 0 and 0 of 0 for a short time and then I get error message reading Unknown error - connecting to page server. I thought it was a printer problem(it is printing to a NT network printer) but have been unable to resolve through that route. Has anyone had this problem before or have any insight that would point me in the right direction. I appreciate any help you can give!

Are you using Crystal Enterprise?

What is meant by the WEB site?

How is the report run?

I would guess that you're having difficulties with the Crystal Page Server. Do you have plenty of disk space? Try stopping and restarting the service.
