page server error

Hi.

I am trying to bring a page through browser and got the following error message, no idea what happened, please kindly help.

Error encountered by Crystal PageServer

The error message returned is:

Request cancelled by the user. File sales.rpt. [On Cache/PageServer:MCG-CRYSTAL01.pageserver]
