page server error

Hello Everyone!


I have a report on the enterprise.When one of my users go to the history of the report and try to access today's instance it's giving the error "there are no page servers connected to the cache server or all connected page servers are disabled or all coneected page servers are not part of the specified server group.please try to reconnect later.

unable to retrieve object"

when he try to access the earlier instances it's fine.

i tried my self on my machine it'e fine.

Please help.
I'm just a report developer i don't know much of the back.

If it is something i need to get to my Admin's attention let me know.

Hi,
Have the admin check in the CMC to see if a particular page or cache server is specified for that report.

Thank you for your reply.

My admin's restarted the server in CMS since they were stopped.
Now everything is fine.

Hi,
Have the admin check the event log on that server to see why the service stopped...(Unless someone stopped it for some reason)
