Customer has a Page Pac Amplicenter D100 and and 8 Zone controller unit on a Partner 2 - it has stopped working - my paging experience is primarily with Valcom self amplified speakers. I believe the Page Pac stuff is actually Bogen but am having trouble getting info - any thought?

The D-100 is actually Wheelock equipment, and you should be able to download the manual for it and the zone controller through
When you say it has stopped working, could you be a little more specific? Does it answer with the dial tone, expecting you to input the zone? Do any zones work? Can you disconnect the zone page adapter and get it to work as a single zone amplifier?
