When I have the page orientation of this report set to Portrait, it appears fine. When I set it to Landscape, the subreport, which should appear on the bottom half of the report, appears on the next page. What makes it even messier is that it appears to overwrite the information in the main report that is on the top half of the next page.

Please help me.

Make sure the subreport is in its own section, which often means splitting a section into A and B sections.

This may allow it to fit on the first page, and keep it from spilling over the info below it. Ken Hamady

Hi Ken,

The subreport is in it's own section (Section B). In the section expert Free Form Placement and Keep Together are selected on this section.

Thanks,

Cooleen

If you have the subreport in its own section (and you aren't using an underlay setting) I can't imagine how it is creeping over the information that follows.

Does this happen in both preview and hard copy?

What are the sections in the report, and which is the subreport in.
