I've used Access since version 2 and I've never had this problem before and I can't figure out how to fix it. When I created reports in our Access 200 database (SQL server backend), I set the reports to print in Landscaoe mode with .5 inch margins. Unfortunately it keeps randomly changing this. I have reset these features for every report mutiple times and saved those changes. Anybody know why this would happen or how I can set it programmically instead of using the Page Setup function in the design menus?

Thanks, that sounds exactly like the problem. I can't believe I forgot to check knowledge base. I guess thats what comes from having a 0 day weekend last week and three major major projects that have to be out in July using three different front ends on the databases.
