page numbers 1

I would like to add page numbers to my word document, from the fourth page onwards. So the fourth page should start with number 1, and so on...

any ideas?

Hi,

1. INSERT a Section break where you want the page numbering to begin.

2. In the HEADER or FOOTER (wherever you have your [page] field) for Section 1 -- no page

3. In the HEADER or FOOTER for Section 2 -- FIRST toggle Same as previous OFF. Then insert your page field and reset the page number to 1.
