Page Numbers Varying in Size

Hi, I'm having problems with page number sizes. Depending on the page the page number size grows or shrinks. I've attached an images showing the preview of 2 pages from Acrobat. You will see that page 1744 is much bigger than page 1745. Is there anyway I can adjust the size of a page number on an individual page?

This is all relative. If you hold a penny next to a toy car, the penny will look big. If you hold the same penny next to a real car, the penny will look small.

It is not the page numbers that are changing size. You're probably working with different sized pages within that PDF file.
