Page Numbering With Subreports

Hi if anyone can think of a possible solution to my problem I would be eternally greatful.


I have 4 subreports that are each basically a full report
The main report just combines them into a report package. When the reports are run alone. I need to keep the page numbering based on each subreport the same as it was when it was run alone. I have tried resetting the parent.page property and using it, but the way the main reports calls the onformat command for subreports is completely different and causes issues. I have also tried making my own counters this does not work either. Is this possible to accomplish?

Have you tried using a textbox with the control source as
="Page " & [Page] & " of " & [Pages]

I include this in all reports and don't have any problems

Yes that works until you use subreports and need the subreport to display the page number
