Page Number insert

I am using crystal 11.

I want to insert the page number for a table of contents, however when I insert page number in the special fields it gives me the page of that report page. I want it to give the page of where product is in the report.

mine looks like this now


Product.........................1
Product2........................1

----
I want this
Product.........................23
Product2........................53

also anyway to link the product to that page of the report so when I click on Product it would send me to page 23 of my report. Anyway to do this as well?

Crystal XI is a page on demand delivery of pages now. I can only think of simulating this with a running total.

My Visual CUT software can insert a Table of Contents to a pdf export from Crystal (based on suppressed formulas embedded in GH1, GH2, GH3, ...). It can also insert and adjust page numbers taking into the account the location and number of pages occupied by the inserted Table of Contents.
