HI I am using crystal report version XI release 2.

The present report I am working on has a page footer which consists of "page n of m" field.

The crystal report contains a signature sheet..which I have implemented in the subreport.Since the page header is universal for the subreport too..it is showing the "page n of m" even in the subreport to0..i.e signature sheet also..

The issue is client says that the report should print the signature sheet however we dont want that sheet to be counted in the total page count..

if the report is having 10 pages including the signature sheet they want the report page footer to be printed as "page 1 of 9" instead of "page 1 of 10"

any workarounds....thanks for any help...

Where is the subreport located--at the end of the report in the report footer? And if so, is new page before set on the report footer?

yeah there are a bunch of sub reports in the report at group footers and RFB.However the signature sheet is located in the RFC.

Rfa has the summary header
Rfb has two subreports which shows the summary..
Rfc has one subreport which has the signature sheet..

The new page before is set only for Rfa.

Please set new page before on RFc. Then you can use a formula instead of Page N of M:

"Page "+totext(pagenumber,0,"") + " of " + totext(totalpagecount-1,0,"")

Format this formula to suppress with the following formula:

pagenumber = totalpagecount
