Page Not Found Error

I have Crystal Reports Server 2008 on Tomcat 5.5 on Windows server 2003

This error occurs only for some users, when they key in IP address like: everything works fine but when they key in they get page can not be found error - this is only for some users.

What can I check or set on tomcat to resolve this problem

Maybe it's not a Tomcat but DNS problem.

What happens if you try to ping the address from command line?
