ok guys..here is an interesting problem we are having..

I have written a script that lists accounts from a database, where you can add/delete/modify them...

well on the list..on most computers..I have tried it on 2000, 98, mac, etc and it works..

on 2 2000 machines that are brand new it hangs halfway down the page...you have to hit stop or it will just be locked up forever...

but on my machine, win xp notebook, no problem..this is the breakdown of our network

2000 locksup
2000 locksup
2000 works
98 works
xp home works
mac works
mac works

why would this be happening?

It has to be something with the 2000 boxes. The webserver really doesn't care who it is server the site out to, so it is essentialy the same code to all the machines. It could be security settings on the page, browser issues, or security/service pack issues on the machines themselves.

Try comparing the working 2000 box to the broken ones, and you should be able to find the problem The money's gone, the brain is shot.....but the liquor we still got.
