OK, not sure if i will find an answer here, but ive bee looking for a few days and cant find the answer.
Where i work, we have 2 batch machines that run jobs and send files to other machines for printing or what not. One of the processes takes a .bin file and creates a .ps file that gets sent to the production department. Once there, it gets run through an impostrip software so it can be printed. The problem is, when they try to run in through, it gets an error saying that the document was not printed with the Page Independence option. I have looked and looked, and cant find much info on how to fix this. There is no check box that says page independence anywhere that i can find. We are using Framemaker 6 and windows XP. This was never an issue till now, when we are trying to move the batch machines to windows XP, where they are currently on 98. No problems with the same process on a 98 machine, the ps files run through the impo software just fine.
any help would be greatly appriciated
