I have a 1 page report. When I run the report it creates 344 pages. The Page Header section is repeating over and over and over. How can I make this stop.

The Page Header section will display at the top of all pages. If you are displaying 344 pages, I expect it is because you have enough records in your report's record source to create 344 pages.

Do you expect only one page or do you expect 344 pages with only one header?

I expect a 1 page report with only 1 header. My query is pulling 1166 records from my results table.

How do you expect to get 1166 records on one page? Your report will be 1166 * [Height Of Detail Section] unless your detail section isn't visible or you have multiple columns.

The report has a detail section that includes 10 rows each calculating amounts in 3 columns. With an aggregate score at the bottom. I have 2 labels in the Header.

The section that is giving me grief is the pager header. This includes:

2 labels
2 date fields - "from' and "through" that capture the query date form the dialog box.
1 date field - indicates the date that the report is run.

The Header and the Detail section run OK. But the items listed above repeat. I have tried moving them into the Detail section and they still repeat. Also tried putting them into the Header. Still repeating. UGH!!!
