page has expired

I am working with forms and the problem happens if you get passed the form and then hit your browsers back button amd find that the page has expired. ('Warning: Page has Expired') If you refresh the page it goes back to normal. My question is how could I automaically refresh the page to avoid the error? Is there a better way to fix this problem? Thanks in advance for any help.
