It is possible with some of the more recent software releases of IP Office. You haven't given us much information to go on.

If your IPO software supports it you would go to Extensions and select the SIP extension you created for the Algo, select the VoIP tab, look for "3rd Party Auto Answer" and in the drop-down select "device auto answers"
Put the Algo user into your paging Hunt Group and Bob's your uncle.
