is there a way to hide the page footer section in the last page of my report. or print the page footer section in the middle of the page or right after the details section and not in the bootom...thanks a lot

1) Conditionally suppress the page footer where (pagenumber = totalpagecount). I think that's the right formula, I can't remember off the top of my head since I don't have Crystal on this PC.

2) The page footer is locked in its present location. There are many variables that determine where on the physical page the actual fields are printed. The fields present in the page footer could be placed in other sections, however, which may make your formatting issues a bit easier to deal with.
