Page Footer and Header required for ISO 17025

Creating reports for a lab that is working towards accreditation. As required a footer is required on each page. I have only been able to have the footer show up on the last page.Please advise and I will attach the report for assistance. Thanks

you can use page footer instead of report footer.

are you trying to print a label or some formula/summary?
