page file to small

"your system has no paging file, or the paging file is to small". thats the error i get when after i log in. i have tried to customize but nothing takes, please help

logging on as administrator? changed size of paging file in system properties? how much ram have you & what's paging file set to currently? etc - you need to give reasonable details if you expect help.
 
You Receive a "System Has Recovered from a Serious Error" Message After Every Restart (Q317277)
The bottom paragraph refers to the paging file.


Microsoft Knowledge Base article Q316528 contains:

"When you start your computer after you upgrade to Windows XP, the performance may be slow and you may receive an error message similar to the following:

Limited Virtual Memory.
Your system has no paging file, or the paging file is too small. "


This worked for somebody on this forum with a similar problem.
