Page fault when closing application

I have written a desktop application using vb6 service pack 3. When running the application from Visual Basic IDE, I have no problems; however, when I compile it I receive three invalid page fault errors in MSVBVM60.DLL when closing the app. It appears to happen after all the forms and all usercontrols have terminated. I have tried updating the dependencies. Any ideas?

First, apply SP4 or SP5. Without at leat SP4 you can not count on Package and Deployment.
