I get the following error message every time I try to run Word 2000 on a user's system that is running Windows '98Se.

"WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in
module MSO9.DLL at 017f:308cde6c."

I have tried: reinstalling Office 2000, installing Office '97 and then upgrading to 2000, copying mso9.dll from another '98 system, disabling antivirus software and killing all unnecessary processes. I get the same error no matter what. Please help!

Thanks

Try renaming your .acl files (auto-correct lists).
You might need to re-install but I would think running word again should recreate them (now fixed).
