Page displaying problems

I have Apache 2.2.0 installed on a Fedora Core 5 computer. It will run some php pages right but other pages it won't display a page or return an error. It just comes up blank. If I move the files over to a different web server they work just fine. Any suggestions? This is just a basic install of Apache with PHP support and I also have mySQL running on the comptuer.
